Over 200 community leaders, chiefs, and assembly members gathered in Savelugu for a Disability Rights Community Forum organized by ADD–Ghana.

The forum highlighted challenges faced by persons with disabilities, including access to education, health, and employment, and emphasized the need for inclusive policies at local and district levels.

“When communities embrace inclusion, everyone benefits,” said Mr. Ibrahim Yakubu, Advocacy Officer at ADD–Ghana.

Radio broadcasts and community discussions extended the forum’s message to over 5,000 listeners across the region.
